Refund Policy

ANY COURSE FEES PAID TO TYLER FIREARMS, LLC. FOR THE COURSE OF INSTRUCTION, FINGERPRINTS, PHOTOS AND/OR ASSOCIATED APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THE COURSE OF INSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a scheduled training class for any reason, simply contact us and we can reschedule you to another class. If you cannot attend any upcoming class, simply contact us and we'll issue a full refund.

Inclement Weather

If we are forced to cancel a training class due to inclement weather, we will contact you to reschedule a future date. If you are unable to attend any upcoming class, we will more than happy to issue you a full refund. As of , we have not cancelled a training class due to inclement weather.

Firearms in the Classroom

Unless specifically stated in the training course description, firearms are not allowed in the classroom. AT NO TIME WILL A LOADED FIREARM BE ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM UNLESS DIRECTED BY THE INSTRUCTOR. Our instructors are armed during most training classes and are specifically trained for active shooter scenarios. They not only teach the class, but are there to provide you with a safe environment for training. If you mistakenly bring a firearm to a class, simply inform the instructor and they will direct you to a safe location to disarm.
